Overview
The lobby renovation at Timberlake Commons transformed a space initially dedicated to a single tenant into a shared, building-wide asset that is versatile and inviting for multiple building tenants. Gray’s design breathed new life into the two-story atrium, transforming it into a welcoming and leasable environment that appeals to tenants and visitors.

Less Corporate, More Hospitality
Drawing inspiration from the warmth and hospitality of hotel lobbies, the design departs from a conventional corporate feel, opting for an inviting and communal aesthetic. Custom light fixtures, wood screens and thoughtfully arranged lounge and breakout areas cultivate a comfortable, engaging atmosphere that fosters connection and productivity.
Integrated Signage
To enhance navigation, improve accessibility and reinforce the building’s new identity, Gray also developed a signage package, incorporating wayfinding elements that complement the interior design.
