Following a transformative rebrand, Parkside partnered with Gray to bring their vision of a cohesive, welcoming environment to life for employees and clients. The challenge was prioritizing functional needs on a single floor while maximizing space efficiency. Through thoughtful planning and collaboration, Gray crafted a hospitality-inspired space that blends beauty with practicality.
Upon entering the lobby, every detail was designed to establish a connection to the brand while enhancing operations. Inspired by Parkside’s new logo, Gray incorporated shades of green on the biophilic wall and textiles, custom leaf details, curved furniture and organic wood grains to reflect the brand’s connection to nature.
An elegant lounge with a café connects to several conferencing rooms, creating a versatile space for events and support services. Custom cabinetry with paneled appliances, pocket doors and integrated storage provides functionality while maintaining a polished and professional look.
Technology seamlessly integrates within the custom Falkbuilt walls, featuring wood finishes for added sophistication. The entire space is controlled from the front desk, delivering a concierge-style client experience.
Elevating Employee Spaces: The Workday Reimagined
Gray incorporated elevated design elements in the employee areas that enhance work quality while adding character and class. A strategically placed break room adjacent to an outdoor balcony with views of downtown Clayton encourages employee interaction across multiple floors. Wood ceiling details and accent lighting contribute to an inviting ambiance. Booth seating with soft edges creates communal spaces that exude comfort and elegance. Custom cabinetry and bronze finishes unify employee- and client-facing areas, adding warmth and sophistication.
Unique light fixtures and curved acoustic baffles with integrated lighting were installed above the workstations to improve sound control and add visual interest, creating vibrant, comfortable collaboration spaces.
