Overview
Texas-based Manner Polymers selected Gray to design their new solar-powered manufacturing plant to expand its production of flexible PVC compounds. The state-of-the-art, 100,000-square-foot facility features tilt-up concrete panels, a TPO roof, 11 dock doors, three drive-through doors and a 55-foot tower housing a three-level production platform. The design includes 5,500 square feet of office space to support administrative functions.
