Enhanced Locker Room + Lounge
Gray began with aesthetic improvements to the men’s locker room, which included modern restrooms, sleek shower areas, a dedicated shoe shine station and a stylish, comfortable lounge where members could relax and unwind.
Expanded Outdoor Dining Experience
Recognizing the club’s need for more social and dining options, the renovation introduced additional outdoor seating anchored by a two-story, 2,400-square-foot covered structure. This inviting space accommodates up to 60 guests, offering a versatile setting for casual meals, events, and gatherings—perfect for enjoying the scenic surroundings.
Reimagined Pool Bar + Cart Barn
Gray brought new life to the existing pool bar and cart barn by redesigning the 9,000-square-foot facility to feature a vibrant bar area, cozy dining spaces and multiple TVs, creating a lively social hub for members. The upgraded golf cart garage also incorporates an indoor golf training center with panoramic views of the driving range, blending practice with relaxation.
New Racquet Club Building
The addition of a brand-new racquet club building rounds out the club’s enhanced amenities. The old structure was removed to make way for a modern, stone-clad clubhouse with a basement for additional storage. A wrap-around balcony and patio now provide sweeping views of the multi-court tennis facility, offering spectators a front-row seat to the action.
