The 23,000-square-foot office is designed to support streamlined operations and productivity. Adjacent to the office, the 115,000-square-foot warehouse has a 32-foot clear height, maximizing storage capacity and flexibility for varied racking configurations.
Flexible Warehouse Solutions
The warehouse also includes a temperature-controlled draft cooler and additional ancillary spaces supporting effective handling and stocking processes. A drive-through area improves loading efficiency and creates a seamless logistics flow ideal for high-volume distribution needs.
