Overview
Schattdecor is a unique facility that incorporates high-tech, wide-format printing and state-of-the-art offices within a distinctive 103,000-square-foot concrete and glass building. The German-based company provides saturated and laminated-grade decor paper products for the laminate industry and furniture giants, including Steelcase and IKEA.

Integrating technology, wide-format printing and modern offices within the confines of a single building presented a unique set of challenges.
Innovative Solution
Gray designed three levels of office and support areas to provide showroom venues, employee locker rooms and staff dining areas. Green space and water features were developed within the site to offer an elegant landscaped setting with a corporate appeal.
