Originally built in the 1950s, Gray renovated Eagleview Elementary after the district decided to revive it as a kindergarten and first-grade school due to growing community enrollment.

Symbolic Curb Appeal
The renovation included new landscaping and paving for improved student drop-off and pick-up and a large, blue sculptural span over the main entrance, symbolizing the school’s eagle mascot.
Creative Connections for Kids
Inside, children’s hand prints, circular lighting and colorful ceiling ‘petals’ create a welcoming atmosphere, with primary colors aiding in wayfinding. The project also focused on energy efficiency, earning an ENERGY STAR Certification and reducing operational costs.
