Rendering to Reality: Premier 370 Business Park

From rendering to reality! Gray designed a full tenant buildout of Building 34 in Premier 370 Business Park for Trane, a sustainable heating and cooling company, that includes nearly 400,000 square feet of warehouse space and approximately 25,000 square feet of office accommodations. We look forward to completing a tenant buildout for Building 35 this year.
