Gray completed the interiors at Peel Wood Fired Pizza in Edwardsville in tribute to its flagship location. As you enter the restaurant, guests are greeted with the exterior Peel logo signage, fully restored and highlighted with a backlight. The interior aesthetics stay true to the Peel brand, offering guests an authentic brewpub atmosphere. The large cozy dining room features upholstered benches and exposed ceilings with artwork of the original location as a nod to the restaurant’s local history.
