Overview
Aviator Business Park is a 155-acre infill development with nine new buildings on the former Ford Motor Company site, located one mile north of Saint Louis Lambert International Airport. The spec warehouses were designed ready for distribution, retail or office space, with each featuring modern specifications, including 32’ minimum clear heights, office space, docks with 40,000-pound mechanical levelers and seals, ESFR sprinkler systems and ample car and trailer parking.
