This Saint Louis-based Wealth Management Company partnered with Gray Design Group to renovate a 25,000-square-foot office space that focuses on providing the comforts of a residential environment for their clientele. The end result showcases a classic color palette, streamlined architectural details and high-quality materials. Their clients are welcomed by an elegant reception area with multiple seating zones to provide a feeling of personal space and choice while they enjoy the amenities provided at the adjacent coffee bar. The office layout provides generous circulation, ceilings exposed to structure and expansive views of their urban environment. A break room for internal employee use features elegant blue cabinetry and statement light fixtures suspended over a 16’ stone top island that is sure to be a popular space during their frequent social gatherings.
